7 a.m.

Get up, stretch and reach for our No 01 Green to start your morning in peaceful serenity and pure veggie pleasure. The greens fill your body with powerful nutrients and energy to get you going and kick-start the toxin cleansing process. (Drink water.)

10 a.m.

Mid-morning, No 04 Blue Lemonade is on the menu to quench your thirst, keep you hydrated, detox your liver, and aid digestion. Continue to enjoy the alkalizing effects. (Drink water.)

1 p.m.

Are you ready to paint the town red? The beets in our No 2 Red detox the blood, fill you up, and give you the energy boost you need to get through the afternoon. (Drink water.)

3 p.m.

Around 3:00 you can treat yourself to another No 04 Blue Lemonade. (Drink water.)

5 p.m.

For dinner enjoy our No 05 Pure Green juice, containing 5lbs of pure vegetable power, without any fruit, fibre or fuss. The Pure Green is the perfect way to keep your fast and cleanse going, while still ensuring you receive the protein and nutrients you need to finish the day well, and start the next day strong. What should I do before the cleanse?

We suggest cutting out coffee, sugars, and processed foods a couple of days before you start the cleanse so that it is not a total shock to the system. This will minimize your detox symptoms. We also suggest de-stressing so that your mind is clear and ready.

What if I get hungry during the cleanse?

The Buda Cleanse is designed to supply your caloric needs for the day, but because everyone’s metabolism is different you might need a few extra calories. If so, feel free to eat a few nuts , slices of fruit, an avocado or even steamed veggies. We do not suggest strenuous exercise while cleansing. Light exercise is fine and good for you, but be sure to give your body a break while it is working so hard to detox and reboot.

What are possible detox symptoms?

Unpleasant side effects are often a sign the cleanse is working and getting rid of built up toxins while re-adjusting your body to healthy, vibrant foods. You might experience headaches, dizziness, fatigue, skin blemishes, constipation, as well as other digestive issues. All should be temporary and lead to a healthier you. Herbal teas can help.

How often should I cleanse?

After you have done your initial cleanse and reset your system, we suggest cleansing once per month to maintain (in addition to regular juicing.)
